This Privacy Policy explains how webagentman, a trade name of Strawberry Notes LLC, (“webagentman,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, request a quote, or use our services.

The information we handle depends on how you interact with us and which services you ask us to provide. If a separate agreement or privacy notice applies to a particular service, that document may provide additional details.

We may receive information that you choose to provide, including:

• Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and other contact details.
• Information in a quote request, email, call, form, survey, or other communication with us.
• Project requirements, brand materials, account access, credentials, approvals, and content needed to provide services.
• Billing and transaction details, although payment card information may be collected directly by a payment provider.
• Any other information you voluntarily share with us.

Our website forms send the information you submit to us through communications providers such as Resend and Pushover. If you begin a service checkout, Stripe collects payment and billing information directly. If you schedule a call, Cal.com and Google may process the scheduling details you provide.

When you use the website, browsers, hosting providers, and network systems may automatically process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and the date and time of a request. This information can appear in server or security logs and helps operate and protect the website.

We also use the analytics and advertising technologies described below to understand website use and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website, with particular focus on the NITRO Marketing Package page. Clarity provides aggregate analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings based on interactions such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, navigation timing, and browser or device information. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies to connect this activity into sessions.

Form input values are masked from Clarity. We do not use Clarity's Identify API or intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form entries, or other direct identifiers to Clarity. Our custom Clarity events indicate only that a visitor started NITRO checkout or completed a verified purchase.

We also use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure page views, checkout starts, verified leads, trial starts, and purchases. For server-side events, contact details such as email address, phone number, name, and a customer identifier may be normalized and hashed before transmission. Browser information such as the user agent and Meta cookie and click identifiers may also be included to match a server event with the related browser activity. Microsoft and Meta may process information according to their own privacy notices. We use these insights to diagnose website issues, understand where visitors leave the sales process, improve the website experience, and evaluate marketing performance.

To deliver services, we may handle business information and data made available by a client, such as website submissions, customer inquiries, call details, appointment information, marketing audiences, or account activity.

For personal information we process on a client's behalf, webagentman may act as a service provider or processor. In that role, we use the information according to the client's instructions, the applicable service agreement, and legal requirements. The client remains responsible for its own privacy notices, lawful basis, and instructions.

We may use personal information to:

• Respond to questions and prepare quotes or service plans.
• Provide, maintain, personalize, and support the services you request.
• Communicate about projects, accounts, billing, updates, and customer support.
• Secure our website and services, prevent misuse, and investigate technical or security issues.
• Improve our operations, service quality, and website experience.
• Meet contractual, tax, accounting, regulatory, and other legal obligations.
• Send marketing communications where permitted, subject to your ability to opt out.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information only as reasonably needed in circumstances such as:

• With service providers and contractors that support hosting, communications, payments, security, project delivery, or other business operations.
• With platforms and providers you direct us to use as part of your services.
• To comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request, or to protect rights, safety, property, and security.
• In connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
• With your direction or consent.

Service providers are permitted to handle information only for the purposes for which it was disclosed, subject to their agreements and applicable law.

We do not sell personal information or share mobile phone information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

If you voluntarily select the text-message checkbox on a checkout form, webagentman may send recurring order, account, setup, and customer-care text messages to the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the information, the service involved, and applicable requirements, so we do not apply one period to every category.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, de-identify, or securely archive it as appropriate.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet transmission, storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting passwords and account credentials you control and for promptly telling us if you suspect unauthorized access involving our services.

The providers, platforms, and people involved in operating the website or delivering services may process information in locations outside your state, province, or country. To opt out of a marketing email, use its unsubscribe instructions or contact us. Service-related communications may continue while you have an active project or account.

Our website and business services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

Our website and services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, and applications. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy. We encourage you to review those notices before providing personal information.
